Wallets
The wallets and sign-in methods gitpad supports, and how it keeps every signature on Robinhood Chain.
Supported wallets
gitpad uses Privy for connections. You can connect an existing EVM wallet:
- Robinhood Wallet
- MetaMask
- Coinbase Wallet
- Rainbow
- OKX Wallet
- Uniswap Wallet
- Zerion
- Bitget Wallet
- Any other browser wallet the page detects
- Any wallet that supports WalletConnect
Sign in without a wallet
You can also sign in with email, Google, GitHub or X. If your account has no wallet, an embedded Ethereum wallet is created for you. The site labels it "gitpad wallet". Fund it by sending ETH on Robinhood Chain to its address.

Everything signs on Robinhood Chain:

Before each transaction, gitpad checks the wallet's current network. If it is not Robinhood Chain, the wallet is asked to switch, or to add the network if it does not know it yet.
You approve every transaction
gitpad never holds your keys or your funds. Launches, trades, approvals and claims are transactions your wallet asks you to confirm. If you cancel, nothing is sent.
GitHub sign-in for builders
Linking a GitHub account through Privy is also how the owner of a personal repository proves ownership when claiming builder earnings. You can link GitHub to a session that started with a wallet. See For builders.
